Our Activities
We believe that activity is integral to life quality. Here at Russell Court, our activity co-ordinator, Eve, ensures that days are filled with fun and interesting things to do. She creates a weekly programme of activities, ranging from flower arranging and badminton, to visiting singers and entertainers. Family, friends and the local community are all welcome to join us, and we organise fetes, coffee mornings and live entertainment throughout the year. The local community is encouraged to join us, and we have several local schools and groups that come in.
It may be that a resident wants some quiet time to read or complete a jigsaw puzzle. This can be facilitated in our second quiet lounge, where there is no television or radio. We also provide time for residents to keep in touch with loved ones through Skype, Facetime or other forms of communication.
